Privacy policy
Draft — this text will be reviewed before the public launch.
1. What we store
Tappolis Calendar stores only what a shift calendar needs: your account email, your full name (visible to your team's administrator), the nickname you choose (private to you), and the work data of your team — shifts, hours, day off, vacation and sick days, notes, requests and announcements.
2. Who can see what
Data is separated per business. People in a team only see their own team's calendar. Team administrators see names and emails to manage roles and approve new members. Nicknames are never shown to administrators.
3. Where and how it is stored
Data is stored securely in the app's cloud backend. Access is restricted by the database itself: every record is scoped to a team, and the rules are enforced on the server, not in the app.
4. Third parties
You can optionally sign in with Google, in which case Google verifies your identity. We do not show ads, and we never sell your data.
5. Your device
Some settings (like dark mode, notification preferences and dismissed announcements) are saved locally on your device and are not sent anywhere.
6. Deleting your data
A team administrator can remove a member from a team, and a business owner can delete a whole team with all its data. For anything else, contact us through your administrator.
7. Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will announce it inside the app.
