1. The service
Tappolis Calendar helps a business organise its team's shifts, hours and time off in a shared calendar. Each business ("team") gets its own fully separate space.
2. Accounts
New accounts join a team by invitation. Until an administrator approves a new member, they have no access to the team's data. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Administrator responsibilities
The administrator of a team decides who joins, which role each person has, and what information (announcements, schedules) is shared with the team. The business owns its data.
4. Fair use
Use the app for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to access another team's data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but it is provided "as is". A calendar is a planning tool — always keep your own records where the law requires them.
6. Ending use
You can leave a team at any time, and an owner can delete a team and all its data permanently. If a team is deleted, its data cannot be recovered.
7. Work-time records
Clock-in records cannot be deleted by users and are kept for the period required by law (currently planned at 7 years). Location is checked only at the moment of clocking in; only the distance is stored. The business remains responsible for its own legal obligations as employer and can download its records at any time.
8. Tappolis Talent (coming soon)
Tappolis is a software platform that helps businesses and independent people get in touch for extra shifts. Tappolis is not an employer, agency or party to any agreement made between them. Profiles and CVs must be truthful; reviews must be honest and respectful.
9. Plans and payments (coming soon)
Paid plans for businesses will be offered at launch with a trial period, clear prices and your legal right of withdrawal where applicable. Invited employees and candidates never pay for basic use.
10. Changes
These terms may change as the service grows. Meaningful changes will be announced inside the app.
